15,000 CY mass earthwork. 50,000 CY mass rock removal including drilling, blasting, hammering, and crushing. Major stream crossing with Redi-Rock retaining walls. Drainage, septic, fire storage system, site concrete, and paving.
Site Challenges: Installing elaborate Redi-Rock wall system with Culvert pipe with a stream crossing over active waters with heavy flow.
