Peekskill Firehouse

This project consisted of building a new 30,000 SF centralized fire station for the City of Peekskill. Previous to construction, the existing site was a deteriorated parking lot. We performed all demo of existing asphalt and curbs and then began footing excavation. We handled all site improvements including drainage, sewer, water, site electric, all site concrete and asphalt paving. We also installed over 3,500 SF of permeable pavers and made highway improvements to NYS Route 6.
