Lake House

Project Details

This three acre residential site nestled on a lakefront mountain side gave us quite the views while working. The project encompassed installing a 1,500 LF long road for a new 5,000 SF custom home. We performed land clearing and grounding of all trees and stumps on-site to create stabilization mulch to protect the nearby lake. Nearly 10,000 CY of earth was moved, with 2,000 CY of fill imported. Over 5,000 CY of rock was hammered and crushed on-site which reduced trucking in and out of a residential neighborhood, while enhancing our green practices. We also installed a 15 foot tall Redi-Rock retaining wall only 12 feet away from the new house. A new septic system was installed, along with several drainage systems. Additionally, we installed close to 4,000 SF of permeable pavers and asphalt paving.
